WHY SOY?
Soy wax is a natural, renewable resource and promotes local farming in the United Sates. Soy wax is biodegradable and cleans up with soap and warm water. Soy wax burns with zero petro soot, creating a clean burn. We pair our soy with a cotton wick which is free of lead. Soy wax is derived from a vegetable (soy beans). Soy candles will produce a soft fragrance that will not over power a room.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for extra time during holiday seasons.
HOW LONG WILL THE CANDLES BURN FOR?
Our 8oz candle has a burn time of 40-50 hours. For best results allow your pool to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing. Otherwise, your candle will not burn evenly the next time you light it. We recommend you burn your candle in 3-4 hour increments. This ensures an even burn each time and maximizes the scent throw.
SHOULD I TRIM THE WICK?
Yes, be sure to trim your wick to 1/4” before each lighting. And be careful when you touch the candles while they’re lit - they get hot! As always, do not leave a burning candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children, pets and drafts.
WHY DOES MY CANDLE LOOK BLOTCHY?
Wet spots or frosting on a candle are very common and natural characteristics of soy waxes. In fact, it’s a good indicator that the wax is actually soy. They are most often caused by changes in temperature, and are purely aesthetic and absolutely do not affect the scent throw or burning properties of the candles.
